Whem i want to shuffle cards it doesnt do it and when i want to repeat it again hard or good etc it doesnt work

deep dive summary in wrong order

when i create a summary, notes are not in the correct order as the original powerpoint. the start of the powerpoint appears in the middle, and the end appears at the start.

It's making weird summaries

I've been uploading biology material and it's making entirely off topic physics summaries. Please fix this.

Summary function broken

First time user here, initially when trying to generate notes summary I got an error code. Tried again for detailed summary and got a… 300 word summary on the style of the original notes? Things such as ‘notes contain bullet points for quantative data!’ have to say, I don’t think that’s going to help me pass CS?

Hello, a problem that has frequently happened when using raena’s tutor function is it writing the wrong things (ex. writing code: Formula for IMA of Levers: [ \text{IMA} = \frac{\text{Length of Effort Arm}}{\text{Length of Load Arm}} ]) Please fix this as I literally cannot read this. Thank you so much and overall love the tutor function!

ı can not create any summaries

Files for my tutor

When I share my files to my tutor, it can’t access it. They’re in PDF, and I can see them on the right of my screen, but when I ask my tutor to explain something, it says they don’t have access to it. What can I do? I enclose a screenshot. As you can see, it says it can't read the shared file. What I’m doing right now, is paste the text, but it’s not very helpful…

I have tried to change my subscription plan from premium to free as I don’t require it enough for premium. However, when I clicked cancel it didn’t actually cancel the plan even though I pressed ‘cancel’

Like seriously, I pasted about 31 questions AND put the amount of questions there should be there to 31-40. Now tell my WHY it decided to do 23 questions? I thought yall were a studying website, turns out that you guys seem to be slighty dis-effective.

I don’t understand why i am able to have my feed in french (quizz and summaries included) but the feedback of the quiz and the correction of the answers are in english… How do I change that ?
