None of the features are working for me

I am new to this app and only recently subscribed. Since subscribing, none of the features have been working. I have tried them all and I get the same thing back. Some basic tik to vibe check video for the brain rot ones, and a general key concepts guide when I try to get a summary. Maybe I am doing something wrong because it seems to work for everybody else. Any recommendations?
